“General” settings page – locked out of site

I went into my ‘General’ settings area and changed the Word Press address and the ‘site’ URL , the the ’email address. That is all. Now I can’t get into anything I’m thinking that I didn’t change something else, like the password, or that I should have ‘transferred’ something, instead of ‘change’. ANY help is greatly appreciated. Thank you
