    Hi,

I was so relieved to find this plug in and everything was working fine… until I tried to delete the font assigned to h1 and replace it.

The font is deleted from the required file mentioned in another post wp-content/uploads/font-organiser/fo-elements.css and no reference is found in fo-declarations.

I can find no other reference to the font in my files and yet it persists. I’ve deleted the cache using both methods and rebooted.

I’m running the Divi theme and I’ve tried a custom CSS class (or 3).

    Please help!

Update: I have no idea what’s happening here. Chrome is showing the deleted font. iOS and Firefox are showing a standard serif font. Changing the font does nothing. WHat’s happening?

    Hey,

No worries we are here to help and figure out what the issue is.
    1) Could you please let us know the URL of the website in question? If you feel uncomfortable to publish it here, you could send us a support ticket via our website ofcourse.
    2) Do you have any cache plugins installed on your website? Or on the server level if you are aware of any?
    3) Could you let us know what formats have you uploaded for the specific font that seems to cause issues?
    4) Please direct us to the element that seems to not change.

It seems to be either case of hard cache not clearing from your browser and/or lack of support for some font format.

We will do our best to help you as soon as possible ??
