Weird problem; Unable to add new Network Site

Hi,

We have 8 domains on worpress network setup for many years.
All features are OK on the 8 wordpress site.

But now, when we try to add a new website, the website is created in the list of site in the admin network page but:

– The url is empty.
– the tab of setting is blank

We investigate and saw that all the Tables: wp_number_newsite were not be created in the database.

wp-content/uploads/sites/Number of the newsite is Well created

where investigate more:
– permission on directories (we use Sucuri security plugin) ?
– htaccess rewriting ?
– wp cache plugin ?
– something else ?? ?
