Does not compress images if it was uploaded via a plugin

It does not Automatically Compress images, when a image is uploaded via a plugin.
Uploaded by : false.

Which plugin it is? It depends upon how the plugin is adding image to Media Library.

So I’ll need some more details to help you out with this.

My guess, the plugin fetch the Image URL & saves it directly to Library
