“/>” showing at the top of all pages

I’m unaware of any changes to the site recently, aside from two blog posts I made yesterday, but today there is suddenly a closing angle bracket shoved into the HTML, immediately under the opening body tag and above the<!--Google Tag Manager (noscript)-->
code. It appears at the top of the page on Chrome (signed in), Microsoft Edge and Firefox (not signed in).I do not currently have access to our FTP server (we’ve switched hosts and SEO companies too many times over the past few years and somewhere along the way the password got changed). I also wouldn’t know which file exactly to edit to be rid of this problem.
Is there another way I can go around fixing this, or, barring that, which file should I look into once I get FTP access again?
