@zesuma , thanks a lot for your feedback, it turns out, some of the negative feedback have nothing to do with the reality, the plugin has 20 000 actives user and is still quite young in age, so it seems like some people are motivated by other reasons to come and leave back feedback here, even thought, we have several support channels to reach out, I wish more of the 250 000 downloaders and more of the 20 000 + people using it daily will come and leave a feedback like yours.
