Form Plugin Post to Page?

Is anyone familiar with a form plugin that will post the information directly to a page? Hopefully it has a feature where the info gets sent to an admin email first, then they approve before it is posted. But wondering if anyone has a plugin they can recommend. I have used Contact Form 7 a lot, but it does not have this feature.
