search results page

  • Hello,

    How can we get the hilighted term to show up first on our search results page. So if you search for “about” and you have “About” in the title that would show up first, then if you have “about” in the excerpt that would show up next, then if you have “about” in the page content that would show up last.

    Any Ideas on how we can do this?

    Hi @amadhav1,

    The plugin was not built with any prioritization parameters regarding what populates after a search. This means that it automatically defaults to what is returned from WordPress’ database.

    This is a great enhancement request and one that our dev team is looking into as we build out and update our suite of plugins. As such, our most relevant solution may be an upcoming rollout.
