    Hi Raul,
I have found an editor issue that I’m not able to sort out.

I use Thrive Leads and Thrive Quiz Builder and their editors will not open when I have your minify plugin running.

I tried going through the logs for all of the js files that fire on the editor page and listing those as exclusions, clear the plugin cache and clear the browser cache . . . all to no avail.

Soon as I disable your plugin the editors work properly again.

How do I remedy these editor issues please?

    Thank you,
    LL

    Hi,

That’s most probably because the editing url is not on the wp-admin area, but rather on frontend.

Can you tell me what is the url part, after yourdomain.com when you’re editing the pages that don’t work?

Correct – it does edit on the frontend.

Here the url part after the domain for Thrive Leads:
    ?post_type=tve_lead_shortcode&p=895&tve=true&_key=5&r=5919d44a62948

Oddly enough, the Quiz builder just started working – but just in case here is the url part for it:
    ?post_type=tqb_splash&p=49851&tve=true&tqb_key=1&r=5919d532c8867

    Thank you!

    Hi,

I added these type of urls to the exclusion list on v2.0.5 (plugin will be disabled on these editing pages), so this should work fine now.

    Thanks for reporting.

    Hi Raul,
Just realized when EDITING in Thrive Leads on an EXISTING lead gen form the editor works just fine after your update.

Right now I’m CREATING a NEW lead gen form and the editor is not working.

Here is the url part when generating a new form:
    ?post_type=tve_lead_2s_lightbox&p=50027&tve=true&_key=9&r=591c54e49bd80

    Thank you,
    Rhonda

    CORRECTION!!

When generating NEW lead gen forms the editor is working correctly.

When generating a NEW Thrive BOX – which is different from lead gen form – the editor is not working.

The url part posted above is for THRIVE BOX editor.

Sorry about my confusion on that!

    Hi,

    I understood, not to worry.
I’ll have a fix for this in a couple of days.

Meanwhile, I suggest you disable css and js processing on the plugin settings page, while you’re editing the forms (and then put it back again, once it’s done).

    It’s all good.

Hi, this has been fixed on 2.0.6. Kindly select the “Fix Page Editors” on the plugin settings and it will work for all frontend editors.

Awesome. Thank you so much Raul. You ROCK on support!

Don′t waste your time with this company

Once your support period expires, they want to charge you to answer the most elementary questions. Even pre-sales questions.

I was interested in buying a second license, so I asked which wordpress plugin they supported besides MailPoet

Do you know what they say?

They refused to answer this question unless I pay them more money for their support

    Unbelievable!

    BUYER BEWARE!

THIS GUYS DOESN’T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!

    STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

@andresito this is not the place to complaint about that ??

It makes sense that if your support expired, they have no obligation to give support.
Now… sales questions is a different story, those should be free.
Maybe try to ask them anonymously, via their contact form or something.
