• Hello,

I’ve used this plugin for quite a while with no issues. After migrating the site from the dev domain to the main domain none of the users are able to register or login via the website the page just reloads rather than submitting the form.

I’ve checked all of the pages are linked correctly after the migration. I have no idea what it could be. This is on a different server than the dev domain, if that helps?

    Many thanks,

    Sophie

    Hi @sophierose,

Can you please try to create a new registration/login page and see if this helps.
You can also try to reset Ulitmate member settings, please make sure to backup your current settings in Ultimate member -> Settings -> Advanced and Export options section.

    Regards.

I have the same problem with my site, I migrated to the new domain and suddenly I can no longer register a new user or login with an existing user.

I have tried the above, and it did not work. I can get the plugin to work if i disable ModSecurity on Cpanel, with everything working straight away. Is there a way to fix this??

@theobane and @ultimatemembersupport I spoke to my hosting and it is also ModSecurity, I’m waiting to see what they can do.

Is this an issue with Ultimate Member, can this issue be fixed?

    Many thanks,
    Sophie

Hi, the mod security trick worked. Thanks!

One last thing, is it possible to change this text

‘Thank you for applying for membership to our site. We will review your details and send you an email letting you know whether your application has been successful or not.’

After registration? I have looked in all the settings on the plugin and can’t find the corresponding message.
