Page Generator Pro added support for BeTheme and its Muffin Page Builder since 1.3.1 (December 5th, 2016), per our changelog:
https://www.wpzinc.com/documentation/page-generator-pro/changelog/ – almost a year after your original purchase in December 2015.

Enhancement and fixes to BeTheme / Muffin Page Builder support were further added in 1.4.2 (2017-04-13) and 1.4.4 (2017-04-26).

We requested FTP details on May 14th, to be given the opportunity to install the latest version of Page Generator Pro on your test site to demonstrate full working functionality.

Given your reaction to this here, I’ve gone ahead and refunded you in full for a product that you’re clearly not happy with and won’t be using again.

There is that excellent support and customer service you can only receive when you’ve purchased their pro version.

Thank you for the prompt reply, and for canceling my “lifetime” API key which I paid for because I left you this accurate review. It’s a shame it took more than 3 months to receive flippant responses from your support. I sincerely hope this serves as a deterrent for anyone else considering this plugin.

We do try to respond to support queries for the Free version on these forums as well (thanks for the reminder – just responded to some tickets on here), but sometimes it can take a little longer. Feel free to take a look:

You were refunded because the product doesn’t work for you. If you’d left a five star review and stated the same issues, you would have got the same outcome here.

Thanks for this – a fault on my part, as my original post wrongly stated that your license hadn’t been renewed. When I’d spotted that you’d made a payment for a lifetime license, I updated the above to reflect this and issued an immediate refund. Again, the last thing I want is for you to feel out of pocket for a product that doesn’t work for you.
