I have created a POD field for files/media. Could you advise on how to get GF to pop files into that field?

    Thanks.

Typically you create a File Upload Field in your form (under Advanced Fields) and in the Settings, Pods, in your Feed, you just map the field to the correct form field.

We support both single and multiple file uploads and featured image.

Jim, you are the man… but it doesn’t work. I added a file field, single. Then set the POD feed to my file/media field. Nothing. Doesn’t even show in the Media. Tried with multi-upload. Same results.

Let me know when you all have this fixed. My first time with PODS. Loving it… almost.

    Thanks.

I’m working on the Pods GF add-on version 1.3 release, it should be done within the next week. You can catch a bunch of fixes already available here:

Single upload works, but multi upload has some issues. Overall, we’re still updating our upload handling compatibility for as many cases as we can cover. That’s what’s holding up the current 1.3 release from going out.

My bad, I tested against Featured Image which does work. I don’t tend to use multiple image fields on posts if I’m doing a single image for a post, I always use the Featured Image. But do note above Scott is ON IT! ??

No problem. I’ll await Scott’s update.

I’m using this to upload / attach files to a post.

    Thanks guys.
