  • Technically you’re rating a different product not obtained here at www.remarpro.com but I catch your drift. I’ve always had a response within a day or two (Pro support) but I agree I’ve experienced the same “formal” answers initially when you’re really expecting to get an experienced developer that is familiar with all the inner workings. Hopefully you get your problems resolved and in a manner that will allow you to feel comfortable updating your rating here. Cheers.

    We’re sorry you feel that way, that’s not supposed to happen. We are one of the few WP companies with in house support sitting with the development team. The team answers hundreds of tickets every day. We couldn’t locate your ticket. Please send is you issue so we can look into solving it in the best possible way.

    Elementor Pro is a separate product from Elementor and shouldn’t be reviewed here. You can rate our support directly through the ticketing system. I am sorry you feel this way about our support. I hope that you give us another chance to offer you the great support we are known for.

    We have found the problem. It was on our side. We have tested elementor PRO plugin on iPads with not latest iOS version. After updating iOS on our device everything works correctly.
    I would like to thank Ariel for his intervention in our discussion with support team. And sorry for not trying all possibilities to find the solution ourselves before asking for support.
