plugin removes apache headers set in .htaccess

Hey folks,

recently I tried to upgrade my blogs by setting a custom header in .htaccess.
Header add Strict-Transport-Security "max-age=31536000; includeSubDomains"
This worked for all files that are NOT handled by WordPress, but not for my blog itself. After some checking and trying, I found that the modules “System Tweaks” and “WordPress Tweaks” seem to delete my custom headers when active. If I deactivate both modules, the header is set as intended.
