Relevant Posts and a Button to template

  • Hi!
    Please advise what the best way and how to do that.
    Would like my WP post is ended just with a Share “Button”.

    I would like it to have a Comment button (and to redirect to a real page there a user can comment that) and after a share add “Relevant articles” section.

    So in fact to have
    – Post body
    – Comment “button”
    – Share “button”
    – Relevant Articles
