Header’s Floating Section – How to Remove?

Good day!

I know this is a free theme I’m using but if someone can help me out, I’d be very thankful. ??

I have this site and I’m using the Bloggerz Theme. I simply wish to have a clean homepage and I want that floating page removed.

I know there’s a way to do this. Please help.
