Sidebar alignment error in new version of WordPress

Hi, this theme used to work good back when I used wordpress a few months ago, but i made a new installation on a new domain with fantastico, and I can’t get this theme to function properly anymore.

As you can see the sidebar is not at the top where it should be. Any idea where the code to fix this would be?

This exact code used to work for the old version of wordpress for sure.
