Javascript errors in console

    Conflicts with some other plugins and themes in backend. Since code uses onclick of notice-dismiss class, which is fairly common, console will produce:

    Uncaught ReferenceError: tb_remove is not defined
https://xxxxxxxxxx.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-time-capsule/time-capsule-update-actions.js?ver=1.9.1 line 5
Uncaught ReferenceError: tb_remove is not defined
https://xxxxxxxxxx.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-time-capsule/time-capsule-update-actions.js?ver=1.9.1 line 27

    Suggest only loading time capsule Javascript when needed, or attach jquery onclick to be more specific.
