Translating

  • I can’t find an option to translate:

    -the text in the widgets (do I need duplicate widgets, one for each lang?)

    -strings such as “comments”, “continue reading”, “reply” (to comments), “leave a comment, “Your Comment”, “Name” etc etc.

    I’m not sure if this is a fault with my theme (my theme is RTL Languages Ready and compatible with WPML).

    Hi,

    1. Yes. That’s why there is a filter to select for which language a widget is displayed.

    2. Such strings are static strings coming with the theme. They can be translated with the plugin Loco Translate or a software like poedit.
