Unable to Update Post/Page and add Media

  • Dear all,

    Good day. I am currently facing two issues on my wordpress site.

    1. Unable to update post/page with embedded iframes.

    When I tried to update a post or page with embedded iframes, I will be, instead, redirected to wp-admin/post.php with the following error: “It seems we can’t find what you’re looking for. Perhaps searching, or one of the links below, can help.”

    It, however, could update if i removed the embedded iframes (googlemap). There are no errors or debug logs surfaced for this.

    2. Add media on page/post does not shows anything

    When adding media on a page/post, there is no response and the image does not shows in the post. There will be an error on the Chrome Console: POST https://stss.org.sg/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php load-scripts.php?c=1&load[]=hoverIntent,common,admin-bar,heartbeat,autosave,wp-ajax-response,jquery…:459

    I have tried to update, disabled all plugins and enable debugging, still can’t seems to resolve the issue.

    @supercup Please do not create duplicate topics. I’ve removed your new one.

    What theme are you using? Sometime disabling just your plugins isn’t enough, you need to switch to the Twenty Seventeen theme at the same time to test.

    I have tried to use the 2017 theme, still similar error.
