Import ebay listing to Excel file

We are using woocomerce for some of our web sites.
We are looking for a tool that can copy a lot ebay items to Excel file.
The tools that we found so far are not fit to our needs.

The reason that we need to Excel is because we would like to:
a. translate the item description
b. change the item price

The tool that we need should copy the items pictures as well and we hope we will not
need ebay store account, like our tools (we have ebay account but not ebay store)

I hope that someone have a solution for us.
