    Hello,

I was created CSS by using Jetpack for my WooCommerce product page, but can’t find it (forgot) where to edit the CSS again. Since Woocommerce updated v3.+ my site got mess up.

I tried to use Child theme to control edition but only the part of WooCommerce product page code doesn’t work, it seems Jetpack taking advantage of Child theme.

    Please help. Thanks in advance!

    Jetpack Mechanic ??

Sorry for the confusion! We’ve actually removed Jetpack’s Custom CSS editor interface in a recent release, as WordPress now offers this feature out of the box, without the need for any plugin. If you had created Custom CSS with Jetpack in the past, it has been automatically migrated to WordPress’ own CSS editor when you updated to WordPress 4.7.

You can access WordPress’ custom CSS editor under Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS in your dashboard.

    I hope this helps!

@jeherve I’m confused about this too. Is Custom CSS editor ONLY in core now?

    https://jetpack.com/support/custom-css/
seems to suggest that Jetpack still extends features?

“Starting with WordPress 4.7, you can now add custom CSS to your own theme directly from the Customizer. Just choose the Additional CSS tab when customizing your current theme to get started!

Jetpack’s Custom CSS module allows you to add more features to that CSS editor…”

@mizejewski The editor is indeed only in Core now (unless you use an old version of WordPress, which I would not recommend).

Jetpack’s Custom CSS module then adds additional features to that core WordPress CSS editor. These features appear at the bottom of the Custom CSS editor under Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS, and are triggered when you save CSS in that editor. Here is how it looks:

I hope this clarifies things a bit!

@jeherve actually, it doesn’t. I’m using WordPress 4.7.2 and all my plugins and themes are up to date. I have Jetpack installed, but I don’t see any of those extra controls. See: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/869495/customizer-css.png

I also don’t see anything in Jetpack settings that would allow me to turn on anything relating to CSS. I checked under all the groupings (Writing, Sharing, Discussion, Traffic, Security)

Also, this helper text is baffling.

It sounds like I must be missing something?

If you don’t see the Jetpack features, it’s most likely because the module isn’t enabled on your site. Could you go to this page and check if the feature is enabled?
    https://yoursite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=jetpack_modules

Let me know how it goes.

    this helper text is baffling.

That text is added by WordPress itself. I would recommend opening a new trac ticket here if you have suggestions for improvement:

Thanks @jeherve — using that path you supply, I can see [the modules](https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/869495/modules.png) again and can activate Custom CSS. Seems like I should be able to get there via the menus though. Is that possible? Since recent updates, all I see is [this](https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/869495/new.png)

Also, this is pretty confusing as it stands. If core calls it Customize > Additional CSS and Jetpack can extend that same feature — maybe it should be Additional CSS Plus? Something that makes the relationship more clear. Thanks for considering.

Yes, that’s an issue with the latest release, and something we aim to improve in the future. You can follow our progress here:

We could definitely improve the wording here. I took note of your suggestion, and we’ll see what we can do to make this easier to understand.

    Thanks!

Thanks for your help, @jeherve and for the github discussion link.
