    Hi Matt,

Sorry to hear you’re having difficulties with our product.

After successful configuring the plugin, your device automatically becomes listed as a trusted device. Can you please confirm that you can see the computer on your ‘Trusted devices list’?

To verify if the plugin has been properly configured, please trying logging in using a different browser, or remove your device from the ‘Trusted devices list’ and trying logging in.

    regards,

We’ve found that adding trusted devices automatically when user configures authentication method may be confusing so we’ve decided to change this functionality. Trusted device is added manually by user now.

We’ve released a new version of 2FAS plugin. We recommend to do an upgrade.
