PHP error

    What might cause the following problems? Could someone help please?

    The requested URL /blog/wp-content/plugins/plugins/wsblc_ajax.php was not found on this server.

    Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    I was unable to update WordPress because of the above problems.
