• Great plugin!

I have one issue though. When I add a Begin and End fieldset field, it adds additional ones to the bottom of the form. Then, when I remove them, I get an Ajax error.

    Has anyone else seen this?

Is this plugin still being supported?

    Hi Jonathan,

Yes it is! We try to respond within a day or so, which we don’t always succeed at :-).

Do you use the latest version (0.2.1) of the plugin?

The Gravity Fieldset automatically adds a Fieldset End element when adding a Fieldset Start and visa versa and searches the rest of the form for any other missing fieldset elements.

You video start with already a bunch of Fieldset End elements. Can you describe the steps you went through which led to a bunch of End elements without their proper Start element? Because the plugin should prevent the user form creating incomplete fieldset sections.

I can’t seem to reproduce this.

I’m having this exact same issue – matching fieldset end is not deleting when I delete a fieldset start. I get the same ajax error and there is no obvious way to manually remove a fieldset end.

I now have bunch of rogue fieldset ends floating around my form, and each time I add a new fieldset start, all of the ends automatically get a new fieldset start!

Not sure what is causing this. I’m using V 0.2.1 of the plugin, and V 4.7.4 of WP. Could it be browser based? I haven’t tested in anything other than Safari on my Mac.

Just tested in Chrome for Mac – the issue is still there. Would simply adding the ability to manually remove fieldset ends resolve this issue?

Jonathan, have you noticed any effects that this might be causing on the front end?

No. I haven’t noticed any effects on the frontend.

I have tested this on version 0.2.1 with the default Twenty Seventeen theme and all plugins deactivated except Gravity Forms and Gravity Fieldset for Gravity Forms. And it happens on new and old forms.
