Listing is case sensitive

    Hi Daniel,
    in my website the upper case words are listed before the lower case ones. For example, in my list of medical examinations the page “Visita Urologica” is before “Visita allergologica”, just because “Urologica” is written with capital “U” (changing the “U” to lower case the list becomes correct but for some treatments we must use the upper case).

    Is this a bug of the plugin? What can I do to fix it?

    Yes, this is a bug. Thanks for reporting it. I’ll get a new release out fixing it asap.
