Live keys not being recognized

  • I have a situation where everything was working, and I had to return to sandbox mode to fix a few problems. I have installed new live keys and the plugin will not recognize the live keys and seems to be locked up in test mode. I have deactivated and reactivated the plugin without sucess. I have tried several new key sets without success. Does anyon have any idea’s how to get this plugin working again?

    Hi, have you tried to deactivate all other plugins except this one. Then carried out a test?

    Do you have a cache plugin installed? Do you use CDN in your site?

    Thanks for the thoughts but my colleague put some PHP int5o the site to resolve a problem and to get the PHP to work he hardcoded the snadbox keys. once I chnged his code ti live keys we were on our way to the promised land of website completion.
