Category title display

I’ve created a dropdown piece to my main menu. It’s for my travels which drops down to list different continents and then goes over again to list countries. When clicking the first drop down at the top it displays “Category: Asia” but when I go over again to click on a country there is no label above the posting.

Is there a way to get ride of the “Category” label at the top of the page – I’m looking for it to just display the specified posts.
