Only New Order mails not sending after upgrading from 2.6 to 3.0-3.5

Hi,

Woocommerce is not sending New Order notifications, not to admins listed in the New Order emails sending and not even to the people who are placing the order.

I have sendinblue.com’s smtp plugin installed which sends all notification emails just fine, but only the New Order emails.

I have following plugins related to emails
1. Sendinblue mail and WP SMTP
2. WP mail controll
3. Wp mail log

so when I try to send a test notification using wp mail control it’s being send to the entered email address although it was in the junk folder but there’s a win.

But when I create a new order or try to send the New order notifications manually the emails are not being sent.

And the WP mail log logs that the emails are send but strangely it logs every email twice for all the emails listed to be notified about the new order.

I’m using all the latest plugins at this moment.

Some help will be hugely appreciated
