Cloudflare to Cpanel account – using subdomain URL

Hello,
I am trying to redirect:
studiofiscal.grupostudio.com.br to https://grupostudio.com.br/servicos/studio-fiscal
I am using cloudflare so I created a CNAME from studiofiscal. to grupostudio.com.br
From outside I get: https://studiofiscal.grupostudio.com.br/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi
From the internal link I get to the homepage https://grupostudio.com.br
pls advise
