Upgrade installation

    I am unable to install my recently paid upgraded version
    of form-maker. I have a MAC. I continue to receive a message “Plugin
    install failed. Destination folder already exists.”

    Do I need to remove or deactivate the free version first?

    Thanks for letting us know about this problem!

    Please make sure to deactivate and delete current version of Contact Form Maker plugin, afterwards install Pro. Note, that you will not lose any data this way.
