No Data in Settings or Dashboard

    I set up a Custom Content to display a pop up. However, my Settings page still says “Woop woop, let’s create something first!” and my Dashboard says “No Data Yet”, even though a new person signed up for my newsletter, which is only available in the pop up.

    Hope all is well!

    Please make sure to enable Tracking option in Optin’s settings. See this screenshot:

    If this option is not enabled, the stats are not tracked.

    I am using the free version. That option it’s not showing up.

    I am referring to Custom Content page. I am not using Email Opt-IN PAGE.

    Once you create a custom content pop-up the same options will apply for both email opt-in and custom content.

    Sorry for the confusion. Let us know how that goes.

    Why does my installation not have that column? It is missing. I only have Admin Test and Active columns with switches.

    Well, that would make it difficult for you to follow. Could you provide a little more information about your setup? What is your URL and PHP version? Can you use a service like Monosnap to provide a screenshot of what you are seeing?

    Also, please make sure you have updated to Hustle version 5.1. I look forward to your reply.

    I just updated the plugin today and now i have the tracking field option. I also now have rows for shortcode, widget and after content, which was not there before.

    Excellent! Please activate tracking and let us know if everything is working as it should now. Thank you for following up.
