Updated ARIN lookup link

I use and rely on this plugin every day! Thanks.

I noticed the ARIN links weren’t working. I found that if I replaced all occurrences of

https://ws.arin.net/cgi-bin/whois.pl?queryinput=

with

https://whois.arin.net/rest/ip/

the links work again.

Hope that’s an easy fix for the next version!
