min and max for width and height settings wanted

  • Is there any chance that I can create a style of notification bar the the one https://www.cnn.com is using?

    Am not fuss on having the bar all across the bottom. Would sooner have the bar with a min and max width setting so that mobile users won’t suffer any ill effects.

    Also … if the height could be set to min and max also, would be perfect.
