Photo Upload Apply Button Hiding!

Morning everyone,

I am very happy for my users to change/upload their profile photos however the Apply button is hidden and only appears with scroll over if you take the time to scroll over the entire window! This is in the Profile update mode, the button on the registration from is fine.

I’ve checked settings and the forums but it doesn’t appear to be an issue for others.

All and any help gratefully received.
