Form not loading live

    Hi, I submitted a support ticket a week ago on the site without hearing back so let’s try our chance here.

    Here’s my issue: the forms works fine on preview. both display as well as sending and receiving mail for admin and user. However, on the live page, the form is simple not is simply not loading.
    Instead I have that loader dot pulsing endlessly as can be shown here https://boichi.com/contact/

    Of course I deactivated and reactivated every plugins and tried what I could but nothing worked. Any idea?

    Hey Weaper,

    Sorry you didn’t get a response from our support team. Have you checked your email’s spam folder, sometimes our support responses get sent there.

    Have you tried switching to a default WordPress theme like TwentySixteen and seeing if the issue persists? If so, we are going to need to take a deeper look at this.
