Let me describe the difference between these two plugins to you.
Contact Form Builder is a list of 10 contact form templates, which you can use on your website. It allows you to enable/disable fields and customize the forms a little bit, but you cannot add any more fields. You can create new forms only based on these 10 templates using Save us.
Whereas Contact Form Maker and Form Maker are advanced form builders with more field options and possibility to add more fields.
