link from menu to same page, ignoring offset, jump(not scroll)

Hello,

First, thanks for awesome plugin.
Second, sorry for english.

I make a page like wiki:
table of contents (with link like “#part1” by function from plugin)
Content(with hook by function from plugin)

And menu with links like “https://xxx.oo/yyy/#part1”. And it works perfectly when you use it from different page.

But when you use link in menu, when you are on the same page, it jump(not scroll) and it ignoring offset(only what i use, maybe more settings).

Can you fix this?
