Site was hacked and blocked

I got involved with an organization that had not managed their site very well at all.
It had been hacked and was completely full of SEO Spam. When I tried to get to it from work, Checkpoint says “Warning: Questionable Website
Location: dekalbdems.com…Firm Policy is set to warn on websites categorized as Tasteless”We tried to clean it up, but it was a GIANT mess and we decided to start over from scratch because that seemed easier.
We deleted ALL the files, install files, content files, everything. There was literally nothing there.
Then we put the new website that we had built elsewhere in it’s place. But Checkpoint is still blocking it. Someone mentioned that we might need to buy a new certificate or something. Does anyone have any ideas?
