    It has not been updated and I’ve not tried it but that was used in the past.

    WELP! I tried it and it’s not working on my site.

    I did use that the last time when the Internet blackout was going on. But what I have in mind is something that can detect if the incoming traffic is coming from a government source and if so to block or redirect them. I was also thinking that maybe it could prompt them that they have to pay before accessing the site as to give ’em a taste of their own medicine. And then maybe splitting that income between the developer and the site owner.
