How to use with forwarding email address

  • I have my forms going to an email address that is essentially an alias that forwards the email to an entire group, so there are no login credentials for this account. Is there anyway to set this up without having the login credentials in the settings?

  • Using alias is fine for getting incoming email to be forwarded to your other inbox. However, for SMTP you need proper SMTP to be installed and configured on the server.

    You should ask your hosting provider for the SMTP details of your site and they should be able to provide the info for you.
