This question is really just a lead-in to the real question of “is this the plugin I need to use?”

I am the coordinator for a beekeeping club that will be hosting a “bee school” (actually, it’s our 3rd annual one). I would like to setup an event registration process that gives us a bit more information than what we’ve gotten in the past (using simple PayPal).

When people register, we have 3 levels: single, couple, & “kids”. Specifically, an individual pays $50, a couple is $80, and each child is $15 (basically pays for lunch).
We also give them the opportunity to buy a beehive to be picked up at the school ($85).

What I wrote above, Paypal has been able to handle. What I would like to add is the ability for the registrant to tell us what classes they intend to attend. The school consists of 8 different classes, all running simultaneously. I need to get a general idea of the level of attendance of each class so I can put the classes in the appropriate rooms (some are bigger than others), schedule them effectively, etc. Basically, I need a survey to go with the registration.

at the moment this is not yet available as to something like a dropdown where a user can choose a class to book however EMpro has Multiple Event Bookings where you can book one or more separate events in one checkout.

for more info about EM – https://wp-events-plugin.com/features/

I’m not sure what information you are looking for. It’s a single event (the “all day beekeeper school”). But during the day we have 7 different classrooms where we have classes that run from an hour to 3 hours. People look at the catalog in the morning and decide which class they want to attend during the course of the day.

I would like to get an idea of which classes people think they want to attend.

If EM doesn’t do this, I could always just re-direct them to a very simple “surveymonkey” to accomplish what I’m looking for – but I suspect that the volume of responses I get from a re-directed sight won’t be as good as one on the registration page itself.

There’s no survey option but you do this by using a different ticket for each of your levels.

We don’t want to make the commit to a particular class – just get an idea. I guess surveymonkey it is…
