Not getting results in Analytics, doesnt work

  • EDIT: It works, I am just getting so many times that I need to reconnect and losse my stats that I gave one star but II think is actually worth 3 star review.

    Previous review: I am not receiving stats in Analytics so the plugin doenst work. Also the updates are so annoying need to reconnect each time with analytics, very inefficient and not working.

    Hi there,
    I wish you had reached out to us or opened a support ticket. It sounds like your server is blocking outbound connections to Google Analytics, thus why you are not getting stats and why you need to reauthenticate (Google can’t verify the token if it can’t connect to the API). Detection of this and providing a snippet to send to your hosting provider to fix this issue on their firewall is something we would have been able to do.

    Yes I edited my review which was a bit too harsh sorry for that. The plugin works just am not so lucky with the results at the moment.
