    I installed latest version of wp support plus and the link from “Have ticket ID? Click Here to get ticket link ” din’t work. What I can do?

    Link from Click Here don’t working

    Hi @goranelu

    Make sure you have and a page/post having [wpsp_open_ticket] shortcode. Then goto Support Plus > Advance Settings and in Ticket Link Page/Post option, select the page you have just created. If you still face the issue, please share the screen-shots of issue if any.

    I din’t have page with [wpsp_open_ticket] shortcode.
    Now everything working fine.
