Lightbox / onClick events are not being removed?

as said Lightbox or other onClick events on custom links
should be removed. The settings seem all correct but light box still keeps coming up on the front end.

P.s. how to place those custom css classes? with the [ and ] ?
[gallery ignore_gallery_link_urls="true"]
or
gallery ignore_gallery_link_urls=”true”
