    Hello,
firstly, great plug-in, really works fanatastic.
One recommendation is to throw a readable error message when a file is not formatted correctly, it took me some time to find the error in my .ics file ??
Another useful addition would be to be able to assign an owner when importing events, I’m going to be adding people to maintain events, but I don’t want them to use this tool, that is something I want to control myself.

And I have a question; is it possible to include an IMAGE in the import of the event? The facebook import neatly copies the image of an event, but import an .ics file seems to ignore this? I can add them manually later of course, but it is a lot of extra work.

    Thanks for the effort.

==> We have done some major improvements in iCal import, which will be release in our upcoming release.(we have already released it in Pro version.)

==> Generally there is no event image URL in .ics file can you please provide a field name under that you are providing image so we can look into that.

Hi, thanks for the prompt reply.
When I look at the event.ics file from Events Manager, there is a line like:
    ATTACH;FMTTYPE=image/jpeg:https://i2.wp.com/www.blevley.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/02/art-futura1.jpg?fit=677%2C840&ssl=1

I added a line to the ICS file with ATTACH;FMTTYPE=image/jpeg:<url of image>, but that is just ignored.

I added something to my original post, which you probably didn’t see:

Again, thanks for the great work.
