You’ll want to remove the leftover plugin options since you couldn’t properly uninstall the plugin. Follow the steps below, but make sure to make a backup before you make any changes.

    1. Login to your cPanel account and open phpMyAdmin
    2. Click on your WordPress database
    3. Click on Search menu at the top
    4. Enter the following for the search factmaven_rhttp
    5. Select all of the tables or just wp_options to search
    6. Click Go

Here’s a screenshot of what it should look like on the search page:

From there, you should see the following plugin options:

    factmaven_rhttp
    factmaven_rhttp_version

Select those and delete them from the table. After that, you’ll be able to reinstall the plugin.

Hello Ethan , sorry for late reply as I already uninstall the plugin
before I realize there is a solution for this, it was too late at that time

because I completely remove all my website, I lost my content because I was unable to solve this problem, it start from there and it getting worse.. finally .. I decide to remove everything and start from fresh.. I continue writing back my article which is painful and tiring to do it again .. :<

    I am unlucky this time

Sorry to hear. You should check with your hosting provider to see if there is a backup available before you lost all of your content.

If not, you could also check out the Wayback Machine by entering your website and checking the latest snapshot that was taken.
