2 Carts Showing Up in Menu

Hi! It’s possible that your theme already had a cart menu, in which case you will need to decide which one you like more. If you’ve upgraded to Pro, make sure you deactivate the free version.

The question was how do I fix this. Your plugin clearly conflicts with the woocommerce cart by not overriding it and creating a second cart. I suppose this is intentional and I need to ‘upgrade’ to resolve this simple request/function.

I will look elsewhere. Consider a negative review on its way as this plugin is nothing more than a decoy to get people to upgrade.

If your plugin does not work or conflicts until you upgrade, it’s not free, it’s a trial.

Hi! I’m in no way suggesting that you should upgrade, because that would certainly not fix the issue. I only mentioned Pro because sometimes people install the pro version and reactivate the free version, which would result in two carts as well.

If there is already a cart of another plugin or theme, we cannot assume that we should automatically hide it, so we don’t. If you send a link to your site I can check if I can supply you with CSS that will help you hide the other cart.

The cart is woocommerce. The theme is Divi.

There is no cart in Divi and no other cart plugins installed other than woocommerce and yours.

Glad you found this so quickly and thanks for sharing that. Judging from the CSS class, it looks like that’s the cart item that comes with the Divi theme.
