    Hey there,

We purchased the slider for our website, but it isn’t working 100% properly anymore.

The issue is that when you are browsing on desktop, and your browser is sized a bit smaller (maybe about the size of a tablet … 600-1000px or so) the slider actually appears in full size like it would if you had your browser say above 1200px wide.

That means you see the left arrow and a large portion of the slider, but the rest of it is cut off on the right.

As soon as you resize your browser even in the slightest it will snap to fit the page like it should on pageload.

The problem doesn’t happen on mobile devices, and only happens in Chrome oddly enough.

Drag your Chrome browser to about 700px or so and load a team member page from our site and you will see (ex: https://www.tuccicreative.com/aaron-tucci/)

Then resize the browser and watch it snap to fit like it should’ve fit when the page loaded in the first place.

Again, this seems to be a desktop & Chrome only issue as far as I can see.

It just sucks though because we paid, and Chrome is a very popular browser and not everyone is going to be viewing the site with their browser size above 1200px or so.

Any ideas what’s going on with that? It’s weird that the resizing of the browser window somehow signals an event that gets it to fix, but on pageload it looks like a broken slider/bad styling on the dev’s part.

  • Dear tuccimane,

    Thank you for contacting us.

Please, be kindly informed that we have checked your website and as we could understand you are using an auto-optimize plugin, which minimizes the codes and causes a javascript error at the same time.
You can check it here: https://prntscr.com/ez0j64

Kindly asking you to try to deactivate the plugin and check if the issue still exists.

Looking forward to hearing from you soon.
    Thanks
