Custom sitemap links and option “entries per page”

Hope you guys will understand my english!
I found this code and it works for me. But I have more than 300000 posts and I want to limit every sitemap file for 50000 entries. This code just show all posts in one sitemap and ignore “entries per page” option.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
